Bianca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and lifestyle model living in San Diego, California.
Bianca spent her early years dancing ballet. She loved the discipline, flexibility and poise she developed from ballet. Bianca lived in the Los Angeles area before moving to Orange County where she attended California State University, Fullerton. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. After graduation, she made her way closer to the ocean and started a career in audit at a public accounting firm. A coworker at this firm brought Bianca to her very first yoga class. After that first class, she never looked back. Bianca loved how physically challenging yoga was, which brought her back to her years in ballet. The mental benefits of yoga kept her coming back to her mat. Yoga would melt away the stress she experienced and she would leave class feeling refreshed. She loved this feeling so much that she wanted to share it with others. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification in August of 2014. Bianca spent the initial years of her yoga career teaching studio, corporate, and sunset yoga classes in Orange County while balancing her career in accounting. In July of 2017, she embarked on the journey of self-employment to more closely align her work with her passions. She moved to San Diego in May of 2018 where she currently connects with students and clients. She developed a unique teaching style based on her personal experiences with anatomy, functional movement, mobility, intentional living, awareness, and energy.
Yoga is a graceful and strong practice to Bianca. She loves to empower her students and clients to move freely and find confidence on their mats. She believes that the yoga mat is one of the most vulnerable places a person can be, since the body often tells a deeper story. Bianca hopes to inspire her students and clients to find balance and practice mindfulness in their daily lives.
Bianca has a passion for nature, learning, and all things wellness. You can often find her on a hike, listening to a podcast/reading a book, and spending time with her loved ones.
